• The above prices are inclusive of breakfast, tax and service for 2 pax.
• Please be informed that our bungalows (bgl) have been designed for 2  pax stay.
• However, third person or children 8 years up will be charged an extra bed  price.
• Children less than 7 years sharing bed with parent are free of charge except for paying the breakfast of 120 Thaibaht/day.
• Meal Rate : Breakfast = 150 Thb., Lunch = 220 Thb. and Dinner 300 Thb./pax.
• Gala Dinner : Dec.  24 and 31 = 1,000 baht/adult/night compulsory  for  all in-house guests. Child 8 - 12 yrs pays 800 baht/px/night.
• Cancellation Charge : In high and low season less than 72 hours   and in peak season less than 7 days = 1 night full rate charge.  Cancellation before the deadline is subjected to 10 % charge of  card fee and tax.
• No Show and Early Check Out : 1 night full rate charged.
• Check Out Time : 11.00 a.m., Check out after 15.00 = 1 night full rate charged.
• Check In Time : 14.00 p.m. The resort will try her best to have  rooms ready for early arrival when notified.
